Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address (for orders delivered inside Pakistan ONLY):

For any other country that we have delivered you product to, excluding Pakistan, kindly email us at to provide you with further information on how we will process your return. We have this provision in accordance with the different legal clauses of each country we deliver our products in to.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

     ●     Made to measure products   
     ●     One-off products   
     ●     Products with customer specific alterations   
     ●     Personalised products   
     ●     Made to design products   
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange. 
Please Note
● You have 15 days from the date of delivery to claim for the return or exchange if: the product is damaged, stained, defected or incomplete; the product/s must be unused, in the original packaging with labels and protective stickers attached; the product received does not match the size ordered.   
● Fragrances, cosmetics, jewelry are neither exchangeable nor returnable.   
● Exchanges and refunds during a sale or on a discounted product are ONLY applicable if the product received does not match the product you have ordered.   
● Since each personalised product is made specifically for you, we will not be able to accept returns as we will not have any further use of the product.   
● However, if you received an incorrect measurement/design/product then the data/specifications you had provided with your order, you can send us text-based or pictorial evidence of the error in alterations and we will try to fix the issue.   
● The above-stated return policy is only applicable for orders delivered within Pakistan, for international orders please contact our customer support team and we will try to help you out in a possible way.
